Event Terms & Conditions

1. Right of Admission: The organizer reserves the right to admission. Entry may be denied to any individual at the organizer’s discretion without providing a refund.

2. Ticket Policy:

   • Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable unless the event is canceled.

   • Each ticket is valid for one person only.

   • If a ticket is scanned and entry is denied for any reason, the ticketing partner, event organizers, and associated entities will not be held liable, and no refund will be provided.

3. Responsibility:

   • Ticket holders are fully responsible for themselves and their dependents.

   • The event organizer or ticketing partner is not liable for the loss of personal belongings or any unforeseen incidents occurring during the event.

4. Children Policy:

   • Children under the age of 16 may enter the venue only under parental supervision. Parents are fully responsible for their children.

   • The ticketing partner, organizers, and any associated entities will not be held liable for supervising children or for any incidents during the event.

5. Re-entry: Re-entry is not permitted once you have entered the venue.

6. Food & Beverages:

   • Food and beverages will be available at the event.

   • No outside food, drinks, or liquor are allowed inside the venue.

7. Security Checks:

   • Security searches are mandatory. Refusal to comply may result in denied entry or ejection without a refund.

   • The event organizer has full rights to deny entry to individuals carrying illegal objects or substances. Tickets in such cases will be non-refundable.

8. Prohibited Items:

   • Weapons, sharp objects, illegal substances, and professional cameras or video equipment are strictly prohibited.

   • If found, such items will be confiscated, and the matter may be reported to authorities.

9. Late Entry: Latecomers may be denied entry, and no refund will be provided.

10. Behavior Expectations:

    • Attendees are expected to behave respectfully towards others, staff, and performers.

    • Harassment, discrimination, disruptive, dangerous, or illegal behavior will not be tolerated and may result in ejection without a refund.

11. Media Consent: By attending the event, you consent to being filmed, photographed, or recorded by the event organizers for promotional purposes.

12. Accessibility: The venue is committed to accessibility for all patrons, including those with disabilities. Contact the SMC team or venue in advance to arrange necessary accommodations.

13. Modifications: The organizer reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Please review regularly to stay informed of any changes.

14. Legal Action: Any violation of these Terms & Conditions may result in legal action. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to abide by all the event’s Terms & Conditions.
